Kern lasers lead the industry
in cut and engraving quality.
My largest machine has an 80" x 120"
work area, the largest size available!
I also have a second Kern laser with a
50"x100" work area. Having two machines
helps me keep 100% uptime as well
much quicker turn-around times.
Lasers can be used to cut a variety of materials.
Acrylic, plywood, solid woods, mdf, foam and
fabrics are common materials cut using lasers.

One key advantage to using a
laser is the width of the cut.
The beam of the CO2 laser
is approximately .005" diameter.
This allows for very sharp inside corners
which are not possible when using a router bit.
It also allows for very tight nesting
of parts with minimal material waste.
